The Existing Industry Program goals are to improve the competitiveness and cohesiveness of Dyer County industries and remain union free. The Industrial Roundtable is a chamber member component of the program that allows the Plant Managers and HR Managers an opportunity to meet for lunch once each quarter to discuss current issues and future strategies in a private setting.
