The Veterans' Museum was founded on the site of The Dyersburg Army Air Base in 1997. The base was established as a training facility during World War II for B-17 pilots.

Take a trip back in time when you visit Sorghum Valley. Located in the Dyer County Fairgrounds, Sorghum Valley is a miniature settlement in a quaint country atmosphere surrounding the Old Sorghum Mill.

The Dr. Walter E. David Wildlife Museum is located on the campus of Dyersburg State Community College and contains one of each species of duck found on the Mississippi Flyway.  The collection also contains numerous species of wild animals.
