The Lannom Center for Business Development is an 18,000 square foot facility that also houses the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce.
The Center offers multiple meeting rooms ranging from 900 to 5,000 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen and the latest in audio/visual capabilities. Room sizes can accommodate groups as small as 30 people classroom style up to 416 banquet style.
Rates vary based on the size of the room needed, the time of the event, and any additional items or services required. Included in the rate are microphone, podium, easel stands, and the use of tables and chairs.
Centrally located within the city limits of Dyersburg, the Lannom Center offers easy, convenient access to local hotels and restaurants. Conference attendees can enjoy many different amenities of Dyersburg and the surrounding area.

Driving North from Memphis on Highway 51 Bypass:
Upon entering Dyersburg City limits, you will cross the railroad tracks. Go through two sets of red lights. After going through the second red light merge into the left lane. When you come to the third stop light turn left onto Flowering Dogwood Lane. Turn right onto Cook Street and then turn left onto Commerce Avenue, this will take you directly to the Lannom Center/Chamber of Commerce.
From the Intersection of Highway 51 Bypass & Highway 78 (Lake Road):
At the Bestwestern, turn south (towards Memphis), go approximately 1/2 mile and turn right onto Cook Street and then turn right onto Commerce Avenue.
